An expert on your field

Maria Salomea Sklodowska, or Marie Curie is mainly known for being the first female scientist to receive the Nobel Prize. She was a active scientist known for her investigation in the field of radioactivity, where she discovered two new chemical elements: The Radio and The Polonio. Besides she was the first female teacher at the Sorbonne University in Paris. 
She won the nobel prize in Physics and Chemistry, in addition to other awards for her work. As a curious fact, there is a photo where three Nobel prize winners come out as a family and it is that in addition to Curie, her husband and older daughter are also scientist who won the Nobel prize. 

I like her because I think she is amazing, this because being a scientist is difficult and at that time it was even more difficult for a woman, however she didn´t allow herself to be limited and made her way in this very competitive field. 

Also because I am a person who only works what is necessary to complete a task and there are times when I feel good about it, but then I think "it is not from another world what you do, why are you happy?" . That is where I remenber people like Marie Curie who strive and even after getting satisfactory results, they keep looking to improve. I really envy them because I am not like that.

My future job

Hello everyone, today I am going to talk about my future job or at least the one I aspire to have. I am studying chemistry and pharmacy, which is a profession that has a lot of work field, of all that I can do I would like to do something more practical, be it the own manufacture of medicines in a laboratory or work in a hospital or clinic helping the people. The ideal would be to work in a laboratory in another country with few people but with a good work environment, of this way I would be happy to say that I work exactly on what I dream of, however I know that this may not happen so I am prepared for that. As I already said, I would like to work outside the country, but I see this in the long term since I plan to be economically stable and then go out to try my luck. Like many I would like to travel to many countries, although I do not know if I can see much if I am working, in terms of salary I trust that I will do a good job so I hope they pay me what I am worth....

My choice

I think my profession is important in the health of people but also is a little bit corrupt, or best say the pharmacists take advantage of the power that we have. I know that some drugs require a lot of resources to manufacture and that is why they are very expensive, but others are also easy to make and are just as expensive. This is a point of my profession that I do not like, however, not everything is bad, because we can help many people with that we do. Besides, I like that new things are always being researched to create new more effective and less harmful drugs. The benefits of my profession, for me, are that I can inform people about the medicines they can use in each case, also I can help people while working on something that like me, this is one reason why I chose my profession, it is also well paid. I really have expectations about my profession because I am risking my future that this goes well and I don't know what I will do if this goes wrong.
